International Orders

We are happy to work with you if you are located outside the United States. There are some additional requirements for us and for you, and for that reason we require email or telephone communication before your order can be placed on our website. One of those issues is the cost of shipping, and that can only be calculated for International Orders on a manual basis. This takes place after you provide us with your order elements, and after you let us know your full shipping address. Typically we will compare UPS, FedEx and USPS and let you know your options. Please contact us directly at Customer Service or 301-315-2344 to make these arrangements.

At that point, we will provide instructions on how to place your order. Some items can be difficult to ship depending on the regulations of the receiving country and Customs. Fertilizer, Mixes and Media may require extra clearance and it is your responsibility to determine if that is the case before placing an order. Once we ship to you at an International address, we can't be responsible for Customs or other administrative or regulatory foreign governmental regulations, restrictions or roadblocks.

If you are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Customer is responsible for all fees, duties and any other charges related to the import of products purchased from and shipped by rePotme.com to the customer or for the customer.
