Our 5.5" double drainage Crystal Clear orchid pot is the Mercedes of our Crystal Clear line. So described because it is actually made by the same folks who make interior plastic components for Mercedes Benz, and because of its durability, quality and value. It is the strongest of our Crystal Clear pots with a flexible but stiff side wall. It comes with a nice rolled rim for easy handling and transport. Surprisingly see through, the sides of all of our Crystal Clear orchid pots are almost as clear as glass. With 16 separate holes in the base for drainage, the 5.5 is extraordinary in channeling away water from the root zone. It has a raised center dome on the inside with 7 drainage holes and 6 separate slanted channels to move water out of the pot and away from the root zone. The pot stands on an outer sturdy 1/4 " band around the perimeter which has three big ports to move water away and three additional inside feet at the base for stability.
