Payment types
We accept payment by Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal. Each of these options are available at checkout. This means when checking out you can simply pay with your credit card, or if you have stored financial information with Paypal you will be able to check out using them. This stored information, if any, does not reside with rePotme.com and is between you and these entities. Additionally, financing options may be offered by any of them. Such financing, if any, is between you the customer and that entity.

Privacy policy
We recognize that our customers are concerned about how the information they provide online will be used. We are committed to protecting your privacy; therefore, we will not sell, rent, or give your name, phone number, street address or email address to anyone.

Order cancellations
We are only able to refund a purchase either prior to shipping or upon its return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless previously arranged. A return authorization number must be obtained from us in advance if rePotme.com will be responsible for the shipping of returned merchandise. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will go out of our way to assist with any difficulties.

We accept returns only after communication and acceptance by us. Product must be received by us in original, undamaged, unused condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please be advised that liquids are not returnable. You are responsible for the costs associated with return. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. Upon receipt of the returned product we will promptly issue a refund to the account used for the purchase for the amount of the product, not including the original shipping. Website orders
We take pride in promptly filling your order and hope you will be delighted with your purchase. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Please make certain your address information is complete and contains no P.O. Boxes as we are unable to deliver otherwise. Orders requesting unusual quantities will be reviewed on an individual basis and may require additional handling and/or shipping fees. Orders with unusual quantity requests require communication between us and you.

We provide our website and its contents on an "AS IS" basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any Product, either express or implied.

Limitations and exclusions
We reserve the right to change product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website. We reserve the right to limit the number of products sold. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance. Shipping and Tax is calculated for you automatically at the checkout page before placing your order based upon the zip code you provide as your ship to locality. Insurance is often provided up to a prescribed minimum level by the shipping company in the event of damage. RePotme.com, its employees, officers and suppliers will in no way be liable for any consequential damages, issues or claims as a result of using our website, products, advice or merchandise.

Free Shipping Promotion
Free shipping is subject to certain restrictions as follows:
  • Offer applies only to the Contiguous United States and is for deliveries in the lower 48 States
  • International orders are not included
  • Special shipping areas ( APO, AE ) are not included in Free Shipping promotions.
  • Additional handling fees may apply should weight of the order exceed 150 pounds. If so, this will be communicated by rePotme.com to the customer before acceptance and shipping of the order.
  • The number of boxes required to ship the order may require additional handling fees, and if so will be communicated by rePotme.com to the customer before acceptance and shipping of the order.
  • Free Shipping promotions are not redeemable for cash or credit toward any purchases.
  • Orders placed which include Free Shipping are only available on the rePotme.com website or over the phone with rePotme.com employees. Does not apply to wholesale orders.
  • The offer of Free Shipping is subject to change at any time and subject to expiration at any time by rePotme.com
  • Cancelling items or changing the recipients shipping address may effect order eligibility for the Free Shipping offer
  • In certain instances, additional special handling fees may apply and if so, these would be communicated by rePotme.com to the customer before acceptance and shipping of the order
  • Customer will not receive Free Shipping if items are cancelled that bring the total order amount below the offer threshold
  • The shipping method will be by Ground as determined by rePotme.com
  • Free Shipping promotions are not retroactive and can't be applied to orders placed before or after the promotional dates specified.

Shipping and Handling
Included in our shipping rates is a handling charge for our labor and materials to properly protect and box your order. All shipping rates are based on products shipped by rePotme.com Inc. on its accounts. Requests for shipping on customer accounts or signature required will be handled only upon communication and approval by us. These special arrangements will incur a separate handling fee for properly protecting and boxing the order, which will be communicated prior to purchase. Damage can occur during shipping. Should items purchased be damaged upon delivery it is your responsibility to immediately communicate that to us and retain the damaged item and the container it came in (with packing materials). We will investigate the situation and refund or replace said item at our option in communication with you. If the item was shipped by us on our account, we will take responsibility for the damaged item, shipping the replacement item or providing a refund. If the item was shipped on your account, you will be responsible for recovering damages from the carrier/shipper. We will of course assist in the replacement of said product once it has been paid for and shipping arrangements have been made by you.

International Orders
If you are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Customer is responsible for all fees, duties and any other charges related to the import of products purchased from and shipped by rePotme.com to the customer or for the customer. Sales tax policy
We are located in Delaware and do not collect sales tax.
