Dwarf. CHASMANTHIUM l. 'Little Tickler'. 24" tall, 24" spread, full sun-full shade. Ornamental seed heads start out green and turn coppery in the fall then tan in winter. Handsome bright green bamboo-like foliage. Seed heads are quite decorative. Beautiful in floral arrangements! This native thrives in moist areas. Salt tolerant. Warm season. Zones 5-9. Potted in 3" pot.
This attractive grass has bamboo like foliage that thrives in moist sites but is quite tolerant of dry conditions when grown is shader settings. Seedheads appear midsummer and are green but turn coppery in fall then brown in winter.
